What happens to your personal data?

- Eu_cn, External_referer, Personalization_id, Tfw_exp: this is a Twitter cookie that tracks which products you have viewed. You may therefore come across the product in your personal offers on twitter

Data processing at registration
Both online and offline, we may ask you for data to sign up for an event, training, (digital) mailing, etc. We record this data in our CRM system. By submitting your information, you consent to the inclusion of your data. You can request that we delete your data at any time. To do so, please contact us via our ‘Contact Us’ page.
The provision of information to third parties
In principle, the non-anonymized information you share with us is not shared with third parties unless a processing agreement is established with that party. In cases where it is necessary for our service to you, the information may be shared internally. Our employees are required to respect the confidentiality of your information.
